Remember!!! We do not charge extra for e-mail, message forwarding.
We do not have per minute call charging
Each call cost whether inclusive or additional includes the e-mail forwarding of any message.
Setup Fees We don't look to charge our clients a set up fee. To avoid the need to do so we just ask for payment for the first quarter service with your order. If you require a shorter contract then a set up fee may be required.
Inclusive Calls Each monthly fee includes a number of free calls with email message forwarding
Additional Calls If your call volumes are higher than expected then you can request an upgrade to a higher tariff at any time. If you choose not to do this and the number of calls received in a month exceeds the number of inclusive calls on your contact then BCR reserve the right to charge an additional call fee as listed above.
Hi User If your call volumes regularly exceed 100 per month then we will prepare an individual tariff for you.
Deposit We will also take a small deposit (usually £20) along with your virtual office service fee. This deposit is fully refundable and you will recieve a monthly statement detailing how it is being used to cover your mail forwarding costs. Once the deposit has been exhausted a further deposit will be required to ensure that we continue to forward mail.
